Moon set of five tumble stones
Moon set of five tumble stones
We have intuitively put together sets of tumbles stones. Below we have typed details for each one. They look pretty displayed around a candle or in a special dish. They can be used individually by keeping them in your purse or pocket or under your pillow. Look after them well. Recharge them frequently. See details in our Care section. They come beautifully wrapped in a little bag.
Rose Quartz
This is a Quartz that actually has the blood of Aphrodite inside. When her love, Adonis, was fatally wounded by a jealous ex, Aphrodite rushed to Adonis and in her haste cut herself on a thorn. The mixed blood of Adonis and Aphrodite gives the Quartz it’s colour. Fortunately, Zeus brought Adonis back from the dead and so now the stone symbolises eternal and renewed love. Or you could just think Cupid brought it here from the heavens to spread the love! This stone has been a stone of love and passion since the times of the ancient world.
Malachite
Malachite should be cleansed before and after use. Place this stone on a Quartz cluster to recharge its healing properties. Do not clean this stone with salt as it damages the surface and loses its fairy powers. I use Malachite for meditation with a mudra because I love the green peaceful colour and it takes me into another realm.
Moonstone
Amethyst
Diana, the mother goddess turned a young girl into quartz after Dionysus lost his temper with her and made her cry. Dionysus felt so guilty for being drunk he cried into his cup of wine and the wine mixed with his tears spilt onto the quartz stone giving the quartz stone its purple hue. The young girls name was Amethyst. This is why the amethyst is used for sobriety.
